Datura Roots

A sound crafted and inspired by many  genres from the early Roots Reggae and Dub pioneers to the old smokey  Blues & Jazz clubs. It’s cross pollenated with a love of HipHop then  twisted up with electronica from Electro-Swing to live Drum & Bass.  Expect a deliciously delirious cocktail of soulful vocals, mad bars  & hype, blistering Sax, raw and swirling Dub/Slide guitar, allied  together with an irresistible groove guaranteed to make you lose your  mind.

Their unique blend of styles and  high-octane live show has seen The D.R.C successfully rock stages at  some of UK’s major festivals inc Boomtown Fair, Beautiful days,  Oceanfest, Port Eliot and many others as well as support several strong  favourites on the UK & International gig circuit, including:-  Gentleman’s Dub Club, Zion Train, Dubioza Kolektiv, Electric Swing  Circus, Chainska Brassika and BBC Radio 6’s Donn Letts.

Kim's Kitchen will be providing gourmet street food which you can pay for on the night (cash or card). As always food is first come first  served and gluten free/veggie/vegan alternatives will be available.
