REFUND POLICY

We must have more than 7 days notice prior to the event to issue a refund to ticket holders. Any requests within these 7 days will be refused as we cannot guarantee re-sale. However, we support the resale of tickets if the original ticket holder can no longer attend. Secondary sales can be promoted by posting on our social channels.

DOGS

Dogs are very welcome! We politely ask that you keep them on a lead when onsite to avoid disruption. We have water bowls near the bar.

OVERNIGHT STAYS

If you wish to stay overnight you must purchase the ‘overnight vehicle’ ticket, listed alongside the event ticket. This permits overnight parking for 1 vehicle and one tent only. You must arrive after 6pm when the site is fully staffed and event stewards will check you in and give you further instructions. All vehicles and tents must vacate the site before 11am the following day. Strictly no late stays.

FOOD

Food is provided by seperate vendors and is not included in the ticket price. Cash or card will be accepted on the night.

We do not reserve tables or food. There will always be enough seating for guests but we can’t guarantee food won’t sell out, so arrive early if you wish to eat. Menus are listed on event tickets close to the event. We always provide veggie/vegan and gluten free alternatives.

CHILDREN

Under 12s go free! We are family friendly and ask that you bring children at your own discretion – please make sure the style of music is appropriate and bring ear defenders for very young children if necessary. We as staff take no responsibility. We have lots of soft drinks on offer and as a family run business we appreciate how important spending time the whole family is.
