About the Event
MUSIC
Formed in 2019, True Foxes are a stunning, female duo from West Cornwall. Cousins Amie Parsons (Lead Vocals/ guitar) and Chloe Payne (Vocal harmonies/bass) blend together atmospheric harmonies to create hauntingly beautiful melodies. Their music has been influenced by artists including First Aid Kit and Bruce Springsteen, this can be heard through the duo's originals including new songs from their EP; ‘Pleasure has a sting in its tail’, ‘Stubborn’ and ‘Sunny’, which were performed live on BBC radio and are now available across all major streaming platforms!
True Foxes formed in 2019, after building up a fanbase through local open mics and social media. This year they have been featured on multiple radio stations, including BBC Radio Cornwall and Devon, appeared on BBC Spotlight and have performed at over 200 different venues and events in major cities across England, Scotland and Wales on a UK tour.
